What happens when you cancel

• The subscription stops renewing immediately. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Inside 30 days of a charge, you get the money back too. Cancelling and refunding are two different things and you can have both.
• Your plan stays yours. It was free and it does not go away.

Getting your money back

Within 30 days of any charge, ask and we refund it. No reason, no form, and you do not have to have used it. Email hello@sayyay.app with the word “refund” and nothing else — that is genuinely enough.

After 30 days we will still look at it, and usually say yes.

If the cancel button does not work

Then we have broken the main promise on this website. Email hello@sayyay.app and we will cancel it by hand and refund the last charge, inside 30 days or not.

Deleting everything

The same account page deletes the children and everything held about them. The whole list is here, and it is shorter than you would expect.
